Dear Ms. Lee,

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP18-0053, Valencia Crossing; 3rd Submittal, a tentative plat application for an approximately 35.3 acre site located northwest of the intersection of East Littletown Road and East Valencia Road. The proposed land use is residential, establishing a single family residential use.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 3rd submittal of the project and has no additional comments to submit.
