The proposed development is an aircraft hangar and executive terminal building. The Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) has reviewed the applicant's 4th Submittal. The TAA has received communication from the applicant that the original project scope of work, documented in the development package submitted to the City of Tucson, has the potential to no longer reflect what the applicant intends to accomplish. The TAA is denying approval of this project submittal until the applicant provides the TAA with a response, in writing, documenting all changes to the development package which was submitted to the City of Tucson. The TAA is unable to approve this development package until the applicant resubmits revised plan sets to the City of Tucson and the TAA to represent the new scope of work. The applicant shall provide the TAA with a new and complete plan set which includes the new scope of work and encompasses all pages of the plan set; this also includes all plan set pages were no revisions are occurring.
