The proposed development is an aircraft hangar and executive terminal building. The Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) has reviewed the applicant’s resubmittal and is requesting the applicant to revise the development package plan set to include the additional conditions of approval which are identified in this comment letter. The following conditions of approval shall be identified in the general notes of the revised development plan. Conditions of approval: 1. Construction projects on airport are to follow TAA’s Ground Rules for Construction and TIA’s Tenant Improvement Standards. 2. A Pre-Construction Conference(s) is/are required prior to beginning any construction phase and can be scheduled through Lorraine Behr, 520-573-4869. The purpose of this meeting is to review logistics, safety, security, and operational requirements pertaining to the project. A NTP will be discussed at this meeting, including utility company (Southwest Gas, TEP, and Tucson Water) pre-construction meeting(s) with TAA.
