The proposed development is an aircraft hangar and executive terminal building.

The Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) has reviewed the applicant's 2nd submittal and is requesting the applicant to revise and resubmit the development package plan set to include the additional conditions of approval which are identified in this comment letter. The following conditions of approval shall be identified in the general notes of the revised development plan.

Conditions of approval:

1. "Any future solar array will require FAA/TAA approval and a glare analysis."

3. "The applicant shall be responsible for exactly surveyed all proposed easement locations and for surveying the area of all easements which shall be abandoned or released."
4. "The applicant shall be responsible for generating legal descriptions for all proposed easements and all easements which shall be abandoned or released."
5. "TAA anticipates providing the applicant with a separate response letter very soon to address additional environmental and civil engineering items and concerns. The applicant shall incorporate responses to all of these identified items within the revised development package plan set before it is resubmitted to the City of Tucson for review.
