Dear Ms. Hines,

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP16-0205, Tucson Executive Design; 1st Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 3.66 acre site located approximately 1/5th of a mile west of the intersection of South Plumer Avenue and East Elvira Road. The proposed land use is transportation services/air carrier.

Since this project is located on Tucson Airport Authority managed property this project has to adhere to special development standards and requirements. The Tucson Airport Authority has an internal review process in place for Tucson Airport Authority staff to review and comment on development occurring on Tucson Airport Authority managed property. The Tucson Airport Authority is currently conducting internal review of this project.

The Tucson Airport Authority conditionally approves the subject request contingent upon the following condition of approval, as noted below. This condition should be identified in the general notes of the approved development plan.

Condition of approval:

"That development shall not cause or potentially affect aviation in the vicinity of the site, including but not limited to, physical obstructions to aircraft operations, interference with operations by way of electrical static, visual obstructions through emissions or glare, and/or the open storage of petroleum products, explosive materials, or materials which attract or lead to the concentration of wildlife.
