The below comments were not addressed. The comment response letter provided for this resubmittal does not addresses the comments and the submitted drawings are not the same drawings submitted on the 1st submittal, clarify what you are proposing/revising. It appears that Revision #1 now includes relocation of the required long-term bicycle parking. The plans will need to be revised to so the long-term bicycle parking removed from the parking garage plans but you will still need to provided the long-bicycle parking for the retail use some where on the plan. That said the long-term bicycle parking calculation will also need to be revised.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM).

2-06.3.0 FORMAT REQUIREMENTS

1. 2-06.3.2 - All mapped data shall be drawn at an engineering scale having no more than 50 feet to the inch. The first and second sheet are drawn at 1/16" = 1'-0"

2. Clarify why there are four (4) sheets. It appears that you are adding two (2) additional sheets to the plan set. If this is the case the drawing index on sheet 1 will need to be revised along with the total number of sheets.
