SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Planning and Development Services Department has received and reviewed the proposed Development Plan Package. The following items need to be addressed:
1) Per AM 2-06.4.3 please add the case numbers (DP16-0179 and T16CM07588).
2) Per AM 2-06.4.7B1 please provide the following note on the plan, "The developer, any successors and assigns, will hold the City of Tucson, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims for damages related to the use of this development as shown hereon, now and in the future, by reason of flooding, flowage, erosion, or damage caused by water, whether surface flood or rainfall.
3) Per AM 2-06.4.7B3 please provide the following note on the plan, "Drainage will remain in its natural state and will not be altered, disturbed, or obstructed other than as shown on this site plan."
4) There is a note on sheet SD that indicates that the Owner/Contractor to follow the information from soils report done by Brazos Geotech, Project No 16062 for the grading of this lot. Please provide a copy of this report for review against the next submittal of this grading plan. Per TSM 2-01.4.1C7 please provide the date, of the geotechnical report along with the addresses and phone numbers of the firm that prepared the report.
5) Per TSM 2-01.4.1Fb please provide the quantity of cut and fill in cubic yards as part of the next submittal.
6) Per TSM 2-01.9 please show a minimum dimension of 2' setback between the grading limits and the property boundary as part of the grading plan.
