Development Package (1st Revision) DP16-0125 TRANSMITTAL DATE: June 21, 2017 2-06.4.9.H.4 - Per TSM Section 10-01.4.1.A.1.a All projects which require a new sidewalk will provide a sidewalk with a minimum width of five feet along local streets and six feet along collector and arterial streets, installed to avoid any obstruction which decreases the minimum width to less than five feet. To reduce the accessible ramp width located within the right-of-way a Technical Standards Modification Request (TSMR) will need to be submitted and approved. If approved provide the TSMR case number adjacent to the title block and provide a general note stating the TSMR case number, date of approval, what was modified and if applicable any conditions of approval.
