Adequate additional details indicating the locations on the plans where low courtyard walls in front yards will be used to reduce Garage dominance have been added to the revised Architectural Variation Plan (AVP). 2. Transition Edge Treatment and Mitigation for Adjacent Properties Approve. 3. Solar Access and Passive Solar Approve. The amended PMP adequately addresses the requirement to mitigate the effect of shadows cast from the proposed multistory structures onto adjacent properties in accordance with UDC Section 7.3.1 and 7.3.2. 4.
