Architectural Variation (3) Garage Placement: Provide additional details and indicate on the plans the locations where low courtyard walls in front yards will be used to reduce Garage dominance as stated in the submitted Architectural Variation Plan (AVP). 2. Transition Edge Treatment and Mitigation for Adjacent Properties Approve. 3. Solar Access and Passive Solar (a) Indicate in the PMP that per the Uniform Development Code (UDC), Section 7.3.1, the use of solar energy collectors as an accessory structure in the rear yards of Lots with 1-story structures adjacent to Lots with a 2-story structure is allowed to mitigate the effect of shadows cast by the 2-story structure onto adjacent properties in accordance with Section 7.3.2, Shadows cast from Multistory Structures. 4.
