Lee Street TRANSMITTAL DATE: September 28, 2016 DUE DATE: October 14, 2016 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 2-06.4.2 - The title block shall include the following information and be provided on each sheet: 2-06.4.3 - The administrative street address and relevant case numbers (development package document, subdivision, rezoning, board of adjustment, DDO, MDR, DSMR, overlay, etc.) shall be provided adjacent to the title block on each sheet. 1. Follow up Comment to Previous Comment 3: In my previous comment, I did not include that the administrative address must be listed on all plan sheets next to the title block. My apologies for the slip up, please list the address next to the title block of all plan sheets. Include in the title block of the SWPP sheet the legal description as noted on other DP sheets. PREVIOUS COMMENT 3: Provide the development package case number, DP16-0113, adjacent to the title block on each sheet. Reference case numbers related to this project next to the title block of all sheets. List the Administrative Address on the cover sheet next to the title block. 2. Follow up to Previous Comment 5: The TSMR case number was not listed under general note 46 and was not listed in next to the title block of all plan sheets. List the TSMR case number in General note 46 and the title block of all plan sheets. PREVIOUS COMMENT 5: This project will be developed with a private street that does not meet the minimum width standards to allow parking on both sides of the street. A TSMR application review and approval will be required prior to approval of this DP application. List the TSMR case number in the lower right corner next to the title block. List as a note the TSMR case number, date of approval and any conditions of approval, if any. 3. COMMENT: Zoning is willing to review and approve the DP over the counter once the remaining comments are addressed. Please let me know if this is something that the applicant would like to do.
