COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM).

1. Sheet 10 Lot 11 along the northeast side of the building the numbers calling out the numbers of parking spaces are not correct.

2. Sheet 10 Lot 10 along the southeast side of the building the numbers calling out the numbers of parking spaces are not correct.

3. Sheet 10 Lot 23 it appears that the trash enclosure is being relocated and should be part of this revision.

4. Sheet 10 Lot 23 it appears that pedestrian circulation is cross a stacking area. Per TSM Section 7-01.4.1.G Sidewalks or crosswalks cannot cross any type of stacking areas for drive-through lanes.

5. Sheet 19 Lot 11 Along the northwest side of the building vehicles are allowed to overhang the sidewalk therefore the sidewalk is required to 6'-6" wide to maintain a 4'-0" clear sidewalk.

6. Sheet 79 Building 10 detail show the 2'-6" required dimension from the end of the rack to the column.

7. Remove the development package approve stamp from all revised sheets as an electronic stamp will be applied when approve.
