Please make corrections and resubmit for approval. The development is ndicating that vegetation is proposed to be installed within TEP's existing 70' wide 138KV easement. No trees can be planted underneath the lines; furthermore, no trees that grow taller than 15' at maturity can be planted within the easement. The landscape plan does not reflect what was agreed upon with the developer. Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer. In order to apply for electric service, call the New Construction Department at (520) 918-8300. Submit a final set of plans including approved site, electrical load, paving off-site improvements and irrigation plans, if available include a CD with the AutoCAD version of the plans.
