The proposed use of the subject property is 75 residential units. In an earlier review of this project, Ken Perry had requested that language be added to the General Notes on the Cover Sheet for the plan set stating that the building owners facility representative be required to roll the refuse and recycling containers out to the pick up area on Jackson Street when the refuse truck arrives for servicing and shall roll the containers back into the building immediately thereafter. It is also understood that the refuse truck driver will not have to exit his truck during servicing of the containers. Note No. 24 on the Cover Sheet for the plan set provides these required statements. Therefore, Mr. Perry's request has been properly addressed and ES approves this Development Plan Package.
