05/01/2015 | DAVID RIVERA | ZONING | REVIEW | Needs Review | CDRC TRANSMITTAL TO: Development Services Department Plans Coordination Office FROM: David Rivera Principal Planner PROJECT: DP15-0066 5601 E Broadway Boulevard Grading Plan TRANSMITTAL DATE: May 1, 2015 DUE DATE: May 19, 2015 COMMENTS: 01. Zoning has reviewed the grading plan but cannot approve it at this time. Due to separate plan submittals of the DP and the grading plan, zoning could not review the grading plan for compliance with the DP. The DP has been revised due to changes requested by the developer. Ensure that any changes to the DP are reflected on the grading plan. (Zoning cannot approve the grading plan until the development package is approved.) 02. List the assigned DP15-0066 case number in the lower right corner of all plan sheets. Also list as reference the Development Package DP14-0064 in lower right corner of all plan sheets. 03. Zoning will review the grading plan as it relates to the zoning review purview on the next submittal to ensure compliance with the approved or current version of the DP. Changes had been made to the last version of the DP but without a copy of the latest version of the DP compliance could not be verified. 04. Additional comments may be forthcoming. If you have any questions about this transmittal, please call David Rivera, (520) 791-5608. |
