SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Planning & Development Services Department has received and reviewed the proposed Development Plan Package, Drainage Report (Rick Engineering Co., 09OCT14 revised 16DEC14, 10FEB15), Geotechnical Engineering Evaluation (Pattison Engineering, LLC, 18DEC14) and CLOMR-F approval letter from FEMA. Engineering Division recommends conditional approval of the Development Plan Package at this time.

The following item need to be addressed prior to CDRC approval:

5) Restated: AM Sec.2-06.4.7.F: The In Lieu Fee for the Robb Wash Greenway Improvements will be required prior to the approval of the Development Plan Package.

Please post the following comment on Permits Plus for the above referenced Development plan:

Change the existing General Note #17 on the cover sheet to read:
The greenway improvements as defined in Rezoning Condition #25 shall be designed, constructed by the developer and approved/accepted by the City of Tucson Parks and Recreation Department prior to the release of assurances for the 30th lot in the subdivision. Alternatively, per Rezoning Condition #26 the negotiated In-lieu fee for the greenway improvements shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of assurances for the 30th lot in the subdivision.
