The Zoning Review Section conditionally approves the development package for this project subject to the following conditions. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section conditional approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development package to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

2-06.4.7 - General Notes
The following general notes are required. Additional notes specific to each plan are required where applicable.

2-06.4.7.A - Zoning and Land Use Notes

2-06.4.8 - Existing Site Conditions
The following information shall be provided on the plan/plat drawing to indicate the existing conditions on site and within 50 feet of the site. On sites bounded by a street with a width of 50 feet or greater, the existing conditions across the street will be provided.

2-06.4.8.B - All easements shall be drawn on the plan. The recordation information, location, width, and purpose of all easements on site will be stated. Blanket easements should be listed in the notes, together with recordation data and their proposed status. Should an easement not be in use and be proposed for vacation or have been abandoned, so indicate. However, should the easement be in conflict with any proposed building location, vacation of the easement shall occur prior to approval of plan unless written permission from easement holder(s) is provided.

1. COMMENT: A hold has been put on the certificate of occupancy for building permit T14CM07545 until the recordation information for the following easements has been provided on the development package. The "10' ELECTRICAL EASEMENT TO BE ABANDONED" that runs under Building 6 and the "EXISTING COMMUMICATIONS EASEMENT" that runs under Building 1, will need to be abandoned prior to approval of the development package. Provide the recordation information on the plan.

11/19/2014 PGEHLEN1 COT NON-DSD ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES Reqs Change The Development Plan has been reviewed on behalf of Environmental Services and the following will need to be addressed on the resubmittal:

1. It is acknowledged that the NW egress point is now one way, exit only, however it is not clear the service vehicle can maneuver this exit and turn north while staying within the adjacent travel lane on Wilmot. As previously requested, show the turning maneuvers per the turning templates in TSM Section 8 on the plans.

2. The detail for the enclosure calls out the rebar reinforcement for the enclosure slab but not for the apron. Add the call out for the apron concrete reinforcement.
