Please address the following comments on the resubmittal: 1. The proposed solid waste enclosure doesn’t meet the design requirements of the technical standards manual figure 8-01.9.3A. A TSMR is will be required for approval of the design differences. 2. Detail 9 on Sheet 4 is lacking many of the basic requirements of the enclosures. Although angled use of the enclosures is possible through the TSMR process, the enclosure must still provide the dimensions and construction details as shown in the Figures in TSM Section 8, including the clear areas in front of the enclosures are to be 14’ x 40’ for each enclosure. Please revise detail 9 on Sheet 4 to reflect this clear area. 3. Revise Detail 9 to show the required 12ft. clear gate openings for each container per TS 8-01.5.2.F 4. Revised Detail 9 to show the reinforcement in the slab, the walls of the enclosure, the missing bollards, the required inside clear dimensions, the gates and gate supports, etc. as required in the figures in TSM Section 8. 5. Show the grades and slopes associated with the enclosures to demonstrate compliance with TSM 8-01.5.2.G and with Figure 3A.
