The subject submittal has been reviewed and it can not be approved at this time. Address the following comments before review can continue. Prepare a detailed response that explains the revisions that were made and references the exact location on the Development Package where the revisions were made:

Drainage Report:

1. If the site drainage is designed to drain to the master detention basin, note this on the drainage exhibit and demonstrate this with grades and drainage arrows if possible.

Development Package:

1. Show sight visibility triangles at the Discount Tire driveway intersection with the East Access Drive (A.M. 2-06.4.9.H.2.).
2. If the site drainage is designed to drain to the master detention basin, note this on the plan exhibit and demonstrate this with grades and drainage arrows if possible (A.M. 2-06.4.9.N.1).
3. Show, if applicable, all proposed easements with recordation information as required by A.M. 2-06.4.9.L).
4. It is still not clear where the concrete channel, shown on Sheet DT2, is located. Clarify the location on the plan (A.M. 2-06.4.9.N.3).
5. Provide a detail of the proposed dumpster enclosure or call out the standard enclosure detail number (A.M. 2-06.4.9.T).

SWPPP:

The SWPPP report is acceptable.
