The following items need to be addressed: SITE PLAN: 1) Restated: Engineering acknowledges that cross access & cross parking is to be provided per recorded covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) under the Final Plat. Provide the recordation information in all appropriate places on Sheet 1 once the document has been recorded. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide a copy of the CC&Rs that addresses the comments provided above. For expedite purposes the development plan package can be reviewed over the counter (PDSD Engineering Division comment only) for stamp approval once all items have been addressed.
