Address the following comments and report any revisions arising from the comments. 2) LUC 3.7.2.4.A.5. Fifty (50) percent or more of the area of the street landscape border must be covered with shrubs or vegetative ground cover. The required ground coverage must be achieved within two (2) years from the date of planting. Do not include plants within the MS&R right-of-way, except as approved by the City Engineer. DS 2-07.3.4.C.2. In situations where the street landscape border is wider than the minimum ten (10) foot requirement, the landscape border width needs to be determined for the purposes of calculating the fifty (50) percent vegetative coverage requirement, Sec. 3.7.2.4 of the LUC. The width is that area between the required screen and the property line, unless there is encroachment into the right-of-way as per Sec. 2-06.3.4.C.1. DS 2-07.2.2.A.2. Provide calculations related to the street landscape borders and the requirement for vegetative coverage. Exclude vegetative screening plants from the vegetative coverage calculations per DS 2-06.3.7. 3) 10-03.4.2.B.2. Revise the Water Harvesting Plan to coordinate with changes to the plant canopy area. 4) Revise the Native Plant Preservation Plan and the Landscape Plan to reflect any changes to the designated preserved native plants. LUC 3.8.7.2 5) Provide monitoring reports per LUC 3.8.6.7.D., as applicable. |
