Zoning has reviewed the As-Built plans but cannot approve them at this time. 02. Zoning and Engineering made a preliminary site inspection on January 13, 2014 and found that there are potential drainage issues within the landscape areas that need to be addressed. In addition it was noticed that the two existing driveways have not been closed with vertical curbing. 03. Zoning cannot approve the As-Built plans until all the remaining inspectors items have been addressed and referenced on the As-Built plans. A formal inspection of the site must be completed by the PDSD Engineering inspector and Engineering reviewer and additional comments may be generated as a result of that inspection. The contractor must address any remaining items and the As-Built plans must be revised to reflect the changes prior to zoning approval.
