Prior to acceptance, submit proper seals on substantial completion letters from Jim Roth P.E. per AzBTR, and add expiration date to sheet 6 or any other sheet marked as 'as-built'. 2) Provide landscape monitoring report from Landscape Architect for NPPO. 3) Formal request for Reseeding bond $17,968.50 submitted 3APR12 may then be requested for release via letter addressed to City of Tucson, Planning & Development Services Dept, 2nd floor, 201 N Stone Ave, Tucson AZ 85726, attn: Kristina Medina.
