1) Depth of outflow from propsoed driange easement is indicated to be 1.26 ft and existing channel south of building indicates a depth of channel at 1-ft. To prevent overtopping of channel, revise proposed channel width, or other design criteria, in propsoed drainage easement, showing outflow meets onsite channel capacity. Provide cross section of onsite channel just downstream of outflow point of offsite drainage easement, and label 100-yr WSEL.
2) Revise/label D50 on site sheet, grading sheet, and details sheet 9, with rock size and thickness of rip rap for proposed drainage easement.
3) Add note that easement sequence numbers not already provided shall be provided at as-built stage.
4) Provide 2 copies of easement documentation - previously reviewed in email correspondence.
5) Resubmit 2 copies of revised sheets addressing above comments as well as response letter.
