ACTIVITY NUMBER: DP12-0033 SUMMARY: Engineering has reviewed the revised Development Package, revised Proposed Warehouse Drainage Report, revised SWPPP, and response letter, and recommends approval of the Development Package and the Drainage Report, pending the following items to be submitted prior to picking up grading permit. Please address the permit conditions during grading construction. CONDITIONAL APPROVAL COMMENTS: 1) Items that the Applicant or Contractor would need to provide for grading permit issuance: a) Submit missing sheets 15 & 16 of plan set. b) (Reseeding bond $17,968.50 submitted 3APR12) c) Any remaining fees - this amount should be available after the review is completed and approvals are provided. d) DEQ air quality permit - front counter Permit Clerks will make a copy and need the DEQ #. e) Documentation from owner authorizing named contractor(s) to work on the portion of the parcel as shown on the approved plans DP12-0033, if lot split paperwork is not provided. f) Contractor License - if not Arizona licensed, provide Bond Exemption Certificate. g) Any additional documentation as determined from Reviewers, including sewer capacity letter. GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS: The following 9 conditions apply to grading permit DP12-0033: 1) Variance or DSMR's may be required for any proposed changes. 2) Erosion protection for areas of erosion shall be provided as rip rap with filter fabric unless EOR provides revised grading plan sheets submitted for review. 3) Max slope grade (max 2:1(H:V) per geotechnical recommendation) for proposed slopes. 4) No CofO will be issued until all offsite improvements shall be completed. Contact PC DOT for Pima County right-of-way improvement permits and inspections. 5) Prior to intermediate inspections, detail F-F sheet 10 shall be submitted for this slope design as part of a revision to provide conformance to geotechnical report. Geotechnical addendum may be required. 6) Prior to intermediate inspections, detail with dimensions shall be provided for outlet spillway for basin. 7) Prior to intermediate inspections, detail 8 on sheet 9, shall be corrected to reflect freeboard provided for top of rip rap. 8) Provide concrete header along curb returns at entrances. 9) CD of the final approved drainage report may be provided at as-built stage.
