1. D.S. 2-01.3.9.H.a As a vehicle parking space has been removed the vehicle parking space calculation is not correct. The plan shows 28 provided and only 27 are shown.

2. D.S. 2-01.3.9.R The striped area shown between the two (2) vehicle parking spaces is required to be a sidewalk, physically separated from the parking spaces.
