SUMMARY: The revised development package was resubmitted for the proposed Nordies Rack Home Depot Retail Center Lot 9 improvements. Engineering Division of Planning & Development Services Department has received and reviewed the revised Development Package including plan sheets, Geotechnical Report and 5 addenda (Western Technologies Inc., Justin Heineke P.E. R.G. 8-30-10), revised Drainage Statement (RICK Engineering Co, Bruce Paton, P.E. 9-1-10), and revised SWPPP (RICK Engineering Co, Bruce Paton, P.E. 8-31-10). All comments reflect Development Plan, Grading Plan, and SWPPP review. Engineering Division recommends conditional approval of the Development Package with the following comments needing to be addressed prior to grading permit issuance. A reseed bond in the amount of $6,316.20 is required at time of, or prior to, grading permit issuance.
GRADING, PAVING, UTILITIES PLAN / DETAIL SHEET COMMENTS:
1) Provide a local vertical benchmark on site, or at minimum on the Home Depot site, with elevation and provide datum.
2) On sheets 7 & 10, clarify spot elevations near curb and pavement and on grated inlet catch basin at north entrance area.

The above referenced development plan has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED by the Community Design Review Committee. Once the necessary corrections are made please submit the following documents for sign-off.

1 Rolled blue line COMPLETE SET of the Development Package, Landscape Plan, and the Native Plant Preservation Plan (if part of the original submittal). Please include applicable sheets from any other concurrent reviews.

1 CD that contains all of the drainage/hydrology and other reports submitted for the review and approval of this plan.

Additional black line copies will be made from the complete set and distributed to various review agencies for their files. These copies will be ordered from the City's contracted print company and billed to you unless you already have an account at another printing company. Please let us know which printing company you would prefer to use and list them on your attached transmittal form when submitting your plans to the CDRC office for sign-off approval.

Plans will not be signed and released until the CDRC office has been notified by PC Addressing that all fees for this plan have been paid. The CDRC office will need this confirmation in writing
