The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the development plan as submitted. The Zoning Review Section approves the development plan for this project, subject to the following changes on the sign-off copies. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development plan to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2. Remove note #58 and the indicated 5x5 pedestrian refuge area at the west side of the kiosk. This is not a required pedestrian refuge area per DS 3-05.2.2.B.1 3. The handicap ramps are required to have a minimum of 24" in depth truncated domes where the ramp is adjacent to a vehicular use area, cross walk or access aisle. There are three places on the site plan where the handicap ramps are not adjacent to vehicular use areas but have flush landings at the bottom of the handicap ramp. Truncated domes are required on the landing (min. 24" in depth) adjacent to the access aisle, cross walk or vehicular use area. See ANSI 117.1-2003 Sec. 406.13.2. Revise truncated dome locations.
