We are installing a concrete cinder block footer with a removable metal security fence outside our existing wall, but within our property line. The fence will be less than 6 feet from grade. We have met with TEP in person on site for a consult to comply with their 5 foot setback around their existing power pole. We are aware and are complying with their access requirements.
