This project is not complete, permit has outstanding inspections, outstanding permit conditions and the related Fire permit (TF-FCP-0225-00151) must be in complete status. All conditions need to be satisfied and documentation needs to be provided for review. ALL remaining inspections need to be scheduled and passed before requesting CofO. Please re-request once all inspections have been passed, all condition reviews are completed, conditions have been satisfied and Fire permit has been completed.
-The scope of this project consists of the following:
1. New Peds ED will occupy approximately 7,910 SF of the existing shell space.
2. The total remodeled area of existing ED is about 5,470 SF.
3. Separate Peds from Adults Entrance, Vestibule and Waiting.
4. The new Peds ED to be comprised of the following:
a. (22) Treatments rooms.
b. (1) Isolation/Treatment room with private TLT.
c. (1) Play / Observation space with a family TLT.
d. (1) Centrally located Nurse Station.
e. Dictation space, adjacent to the Nurse Station, with room for (5) workstations.
f. Support spaces as required by the program.
5. A new Peds Waiting Room to accommodate up to 32 visitors
6. The existing Waiting Room will expand to accommodate up to 60 visitors for Adult ED.
7. New registration will be placed between the two new Waiting Spaces.
8. The new result waiting will accommodate up to 18 patients.
9. Additional Toilets will be provided to meet code requirement.
