This project is not complete, permit has outstanding inspections and outstanding permit conditions. All conditions need to be satisfied and documentation needs to be provided for review. ALL remaining inspections need to be scheduled and passed before requesting CofO. Please re-request once all inspections have been completed, passed, all conditions have been satisfied and review is completed.
-The scope of this project consists of the following:
1. New CT, Control Room, Supply, and Equipment will occupy 838 SF of the existing shell space.
2. The total remodeled area of existing Corridor is 234 SF.
3. The total remodeled area of existing Control Room is 142 SF.
4. The ADD ALT Patient Hold will occupy 327 SF of existing shell space.
5. The new CT to be comprised of the following:
a. (1) Class 1 CT and its associated support spaces.
b. (1) Shared Control Room with existing CT.
c. (1) Equipment Room for New CT.
d. (1) Clean Supply
e. (1) Equipment Room with (6) lockers.
f. (1) Equipment Alcove.
g. (1) CT Sub Waiting Alcove.
