The legend shows two yellow rectangles that symbolize two different uses, parking and office. There is only one rectangle that is yellow. Is this the office or parking? Clarify. There are green rectangles on the plan, what do these symbolize. The fence, although shown on the legend, is not shown on the plot plan. The plot plan should also include dimensions of the office and height in addition to the setback from property lines. The parking should clearly identify if these are existing spaces or is this still in development and should have some dust control mitigation such as pea gravel. 2) Provide construction drawings for the construction trailer. 3) A $5,000 bond is required.
