UDC: A) sign setback may be within future right of way. Add a note on the plans that says "should the road widen, the sign shall be removed by the owner at no expense to the city" . B) all signs shall be maintained in safe condition, thus add a note that all sign edges shall have a rounded "bullnose" so as not to be sharp and potentially allow a person to cut themselves on the sign (i.e. kids playing, etc.) 2. IBC: A) Note what the material is for the panel with the complex name (i.e. metal? and type?) B) Note clearly how this panel is to be mounted to the overall sign structure - i.e. number, size (length and diameter) of bolts / screws C) clearly call out the size (diameter) of each pipe D) identify the material the pipe is comprised of E) how is the cabinet mounted to each pipe? call out bolts, location - top / bottom of pipe and if a saddle is used F) call out what this cabinet is made of and if metal, the type of metal G) call out how the cabinet is formed - i.e. bent metal with rivets ? H) provide a 3 foot minimum depth on the sign footers I) provide a width dimension on each footer J) provide a full width dimension on the sign - i.e. from face to opposite face Please resubmit the diagrams and application - with the site plan - onto your portal under permit number TS-PRM-1222-00075.
