1. Revise the plans to reduce the proposed sign area or clarify the proposed scope. The plans show Sign A at 46.4 square feet and Sign B at 35.5 square feet, for a total proposed sign area of 81.9 square feet. This exceeds the maximum sign area allowed for a multifamily residential use. To exceed the applicable sign standards, a Master Sign Program may be applied for.
