UDC: A) Sign types, sign area and sign sizes and sign height - as proposed are within code, thank you. B) One monument sign is permitted; two are indicated. Check site plan sheet and adjust. C) Repeat comment - Appears monument intended near corner of Goebel and Speedway, clarify exact location. Need a minimum setback of 20’ from face of each street curb to the leading edge of the sign structure, please provide dimensions from both streets. A monument sign may be placed on either side of the bisection line you have shown; but it must be shown on same sheet next to bisection. 2) NEC / OLC A) FYI – and repeat comment as courtesy – the max kelvins in Tucson is 4400k max, not 3000k. FYI for you, update signage as desired. 3) IBC - A) engineering under review by structural division for the large wall sign and monument, thank you for the detailed engineering. B) FYI - concrete at 3000 p.s.i. needs special inspection – uploading a form (check attachment) for your engineer’s use to appoint qualified special inspector Please feel free to email me with any questions.
