UDC: A) I acknowledge the sign area proposed is allowed, thank you. B) lower the sign mount so that it is positioned directly atop the canopy, to avoid falling under criteria of 7A.8.2 roof signage C) update elevation diagram to show the new Corbett sign is below the midpoint of the roof pitch behind the canopy (still has the old Love Burger on it) D) for permit record, dimension the length of the frontage for this establishment along 7th St and include the outdoor dining area, and dimension along 5th Av as well 2. NEC: add standards notes: (note, neon is being reviewed by electrical reviewer) A) dedicated sign circuit shall be provided at breaker panel and shall be labeled B) sign shall have UL sticker, manufacturer sticker and installer sticker on the sign C) add note sign lettering to have weep holes 3. OLC: A) add note: timer shall be shown to inspector and set to midnight curfew 4.
