UDC: A) this site is along a scenic route, and has an additional setback for the scenic buffer of 5.5' for an 8' tall sign. Please add to plan. B) staff has found an additional resource for planning the sign location, a sewer and right of way plan from 2022 and will email it to you. Be aware of the sewer and manhole in proximity to the sign placement. Of course, blue stake needed. C) you can leave the older site plan in the set, hopeful you have a more legible copy to upload? D) on your detailed aerial, just include the clarification that the sign is to be both 20' from the curb and an additional 5.5' back from the property line / start of buffer E) sign area at approx 12 square feet is fine, the address on the sign does not count, but should be updated to read 8701 E Tanque Verde F) add note that the light is only coming through the logo and text, per scenic criteira 2.
