1) UDC:
A) Please update the permit application to be a repair permit, rather than change of copy.

2) NEC:
A) add all standard electrical notes - volts, amps - tie into existing sign circuit and existing shut off switch

B) indicate unit is UL component

3) OLC:
A) add standard outdoor lighting code notes: 4400k temp max during the day, dim from sunset to midnight curfew or to sunrise if 24 hour establishment via the photocell and or timer provided

B) timer shall be shown to inspector - must be provided, even if 24 hour establishment

4) IBC:
A) add notes how the insert is going to be mounted within the frame on the last sheet of the submittal - i.e. the screws / size used ?
