UDC A) The sign area and signs proposed are within code allowances. Add following items for permit record. B) need a permit application also re-uploaded to the portal for this project – only plans came through on the revision set, oddly C) add note on plan sheet - dimension setback from Midvale Park face of curb to closest edge of pole sign (min is to be 30’, appears it is greater on the aerial plan sheet) 2. NEC: No comments, thank you 3. OLC: No comments, thank you 4. IBC: A) add note clarify HOW the individual raised letters on the pole sign are mounted to the faces (i.e sizes types typical number of screws) B) add note how pole cover mounted to support pole or cabinet (i.e. riveting / screws, etc) C) on side view – add dimensions to the furthest extents of the cabinet (i.e. X” wide and add 3” letter returns) B) add note how the power packs / safety lock out boxes for shut off will be mounted inside the wall (i.e. typical number and type of screws) Depending on revisions resubmitted, further review comments may be forthcoming.
