COMMENTS:

1. Revise the site plan to identify the property lines, the street frontage used for the sign area calculation, and the location of each proposed sign. The application identifies 1,000 feet of frontage; however, the site plan only shows B.O.C. dimensions.

2. Revise the application and plans so the existing sign information is consistent. The application states that zero existing signs will be removed; however, the plan sheet notes “existing sign to be removed.” Clarify the number of existing signs on site and the number of signs to be removed.

3. A Commercial Alteration Permit is required for any changes to the existing canopy/awning. Please apply for the appropriate permit prior to or concurrent with this sign permit.
