1. UDC:
A. Sign A on your plans is called out as an “Illuminated Pole Sign” on page 5 however pages 2, 3, 6, and 7 refer to it as an “Illuminated Monument Sign”. Since there are differences in allowance for sign height and setbacks between a “Pole Sign” and a “Monument Sign”, please use the same terminology when referring to sign A on your plans. Per UDC 7A.10.2.C.2.a, a monument sign has a maximum height of 10’ and needs to be a minimum of 20’ from the curb while a freestanding pole sign has a maximum height of 12’ and must be 30’ from the curb.
