UDC: A) on application, correct sign height to 14’ (per approved SSDO) B) elevation sheet: add note per UDC 7A.6. – digital sign copy may change 1 x per minute, and may not have any form of animation C) on elevation sheet correct note – this is single sided sign D) on plan label all streets for orientation E) add the pending development package site plan sheet F) strongly recommend marking lot line 2. NEC: A) add note power provided by others to the sign via separate electrical permit B) provide manufacture spec for unit and statement unit is FCC compliant C) specify if separate shut off switch and remote control used for digital sign cabinet D) specify if each the digital and static are separate circuit? (check the amps / volts /circuit notes) 3. OLC: No comments A) add note that digital sign shall dim from 4400k max down to 200 Nits from sunset to midnight B) specify how the digital sign will dim (i.e. photo cell, timer, etc.) 4. IBC: A) the engineering provided should specify for use of flag mount or off-set mount, and 15’ tall structure B) check your pole and footer diagram on elevation view to match updated engineering C) provide standard construction specifications for the sign assembly – ie. (saddles, bolts, field welds, etc.) all mounting for cabinetry and the metal embellishments over the sign support system D) is the static cabinet a push through / laser cut or vinyl ? label / show on side view as needed E) diagram for the construction piece is for a centered cabinet, this is flag mount and contains both a digital insert and static (check the Roadhouse Cinema sign plan your team did to see if that helps) F) the diagram provided is for a wall mount attachment, revise for pole mount Depending on revisions resubmitted, further review comments may be forthcoming.
