This site has a Master Sign Program to allow for max sign area.

In 2021, the MSP requested "D) The application exceeds the total allowed sign area ratio of 3 square feet of sign area per each 1 linear foot of street frontage by a total of 120 square feet (810 sq.ft. total), to be dispersed among 4 total tenants. (UDC 7A.10.2.B.)."

1. The tenant is part of the overall site, meaning the frontage shown is incorrect. Include the entire site.
