Place on East & West bound Los Reales on either side of the project (EB before Alvernon Way) (WB before Swan Rd) Review the addition or relocation of Message boards to Valencia during Hard Closure to assist with Detour Traffic Flow.. To Mitigate traffic flow going to Los Reales from Valencia Rd on either Swan or Alvernon Way. 2)Provide Detour Route Plan - Show Traffic Flow route during proposed hard closure. 3) WB "Road Closed" Sign should be placed as close to Race track entry driveway, in order to mitigate U-turns closer to the work area.. 4) Review and Correct Speed limits shown to Match Posted for each section of Right of Way.. Posted Speed limits are not consistent throughout proposed work area.. |
