REDLINE NOTES: Adjustment Notes: Please review traffic control plan and address following items: 1) What is reason/Need for 24 hr closure. Site plans appear to have work behind curb. 2) Plan does not show how Pedestrian access is be addressed. Pedestrian will need to be maintained on existing side of Right of Way. 3) Plan is not showing or addressing Bus Stops or Bus access. 4) Site plan shows work along West bound Stella Road.. However work area not included in Traffic Control Packed. 5) Review Bike accommodations. Preferred is to keep Bike protected within Closure if possible.. 6) Stella Rd has TFD Fire and TUSD school accommodations that need to be maintained and coordinated with during work hours.. 7) If work is to be performed between 8 pm and 6 am Approved Temporary Noise Exemption will be required prior to start of work.. |
