1) Flagman stations should be reduced to Single direct access (Ex. Partial road closure stop access from Tucson Blvd to Local) or have minimum of 100' setback from Corner to start of Flagman closures,
2) Review the need to place a Right lane or Shoulder Closure on the Tucson Blvd to move traffic away from the work area to prevent vehicle issues or safety issues for the crew.
3) I don’t believe I noted however we will need to confirm Pedestrian access can be maintained or accommodated during work.
