In PIA set, just one comment on changing a Stop sign to Yield sign at a "T" intersection. For TIA, offered up thoughts related to traffic signals. A PIA project will be required for the project team to design and build the traffic signal at the Houghton Rd/Paseo Gran Escalera intersection. The SB right turn lane recommended to be included at that intersection should be included as part of the traffic signal PIA project scope. Thanks! |
