While we do have some remedial repair work going on as we speak on Stella Rd between Mann & Jessica, it is scheduled for completion this Friday 10/2/26, with Thermoplastic Striping planned in early November. This work is specific to Stella Rd, so I don't see any impacts to the tie-in point on the southeast corner of Stella & Mann as depicted in these design plans. No conflict. Zone 202.2 - No conflict, Prop 411 Projects in the area are complete. Zone 202.3 - No conflict. This Prop 411 Project, known as Wilmot Vista, Rincon Aviador is a Phase 2 Project, and not anticipated to begin until 2028. Conditions, if any, would be as follows: As long as this work can be completed prior to calendar year 2028, there is no conflict. |
