1. The proposed development must comply with Administrative Manual 2-06 – Development Package. This proposal qualifies for a minor development package that meets the requirements found in this Checklist for Minor Changes to an Existing Commercial or Industrial Site - https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf
2. The proposed use is Commercial Storage, and the site is zoned I-1 which is permitted subject to use specific standards 4.9.10.A and 4.9.13.Q.
3. Ensure the minimum parking requirement is met with the new parking configuration. The vehicle parking requirements are 1 space per 5,000 sq ft gross floor area.
4. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
