1. A rezoning for this proposal is not necessary. A SMD application with renewable energy as an accessory use to the professional/Admin office primary use should be submitted instead.
2. Maximum height for accessory structures in SMD Midcentry Subdistrict is 16ft.
3. Accessory structure setback in SMD Midcentry Subdistrict is based on prevailing setbacks. Zoning cannot confirm if this requirement is being met at this time.
4. Parking canopy structures must be offset 1 foot from all PAALs on site.
5. A lot combination will be required.
